As we finally reach the end of the 20th century where confusion is deepening, how can we open the 21st century and face the time of the beginning of a new millennium? This book presents the theory and method of the Grand Challenge ─a challenge that opens a new era by the intergration of the spiritual and phenomenal worlds. If you currently have problems that cannot be managed but want to solve it, or if you want to create a new reality, this book will give you concrete guidelines.
By shifting from the 20th century method of problem solving ─neglecting our inside and changing only the outside─ to practicing the Grand Challenge: 21st century type of method of problem solving. By practicing the Grand Challenge, to look within ourselves and connect our internal mind and the external world, you will be able to meet your unknown self and create a new reality.

Though the spiritual and phenomenal worlds have not met in the past, when these two dimensions are truly integrated, there is a moment in which the two unbounded realms resonate. The power that emerges in that moment is one akin to the explosive energy produced when matter and anti-matter come together, creating a hitherto unimaginable power.
What we human beings require in the present day is, put simply: to look within ourselves (mind) and to connect our inner selves (mind) and the outer world (reality).
If we are able to live in this way, it would be as if an arid desert is transformed into a green and vibrant forest. It would reverberate around the world and even resonate with the way of the universe itself. This way of living would be able to respond to the universal principle of integration, turn darkness into light, and transform disorder into a new life of harmony.
